5 Tips to Lose Weight the Fastest & Healthiest Way Possible

Fast, healthy weight loss is not only achievable, but it can also be long-term weight loss. Even though it took time to reach this uncomfortable weight gain, no one wants to workout and eat right and get their results slowly. Fast Weight Loss does not have to mean starving through the day, living on fluids and a single meal. Believe it or not there is a natural and healthy way to lose weight quickly and some what effortlessly.

There are 5 things that you can do to maximize your weight loss. These tips can help you lose weight quickly and in the healthiest way possible.

1) Drink Plenty of Water - I know, you heard this a thousand times. I did too, before I took it serious. Let's just remind ourselves of the benefits of drinking more water. The most important reason to drink plenty of water is because it keeps your body well hydrated. When your body is dehydrated it tends to hold onto excess water weight. the next major reason is that drinking water helps your body eliminate toxins built up in your system and encourage elimination both through the bowels and kidneys.

2) Add More Fiber - It's not necessary to take a fiber supplement in order to add more fiber to your diet. There are some great foods that have a high fiber content that should be a part of your daily diet. Some of them are: Apples (5g), bran cereals (8g), whole wheat bread (4g per slice), grapefruit (6g), 1 cup broccoli(6g). These are just a few choices. It's recommended that you get at least 25-30 grams of fiber a day, so if you have 2 apples, 1 bowel of bran cereal(raisin bran is good choice), 2 slices of whole wheat bread and 1 cup of broccoli, you've covered your daily requirement.

3) Eat 5-6 times a day waiting 3 hours before meals - You can turn your metabolism into a fuel burning furnace by eating frequently during the day. 5- 6 mini meals during the day will keep your metabolism high. This technique signals your metabolism and telling it that there is fuel constantly coming in ready to be burned (which is true). So your metabolism burns what comes in and some of the stored energy just to keep up and make room for the constant supply of food.

I remember when I learned this little trick, I was surprised to see just how fast I dropped pounds. It's nice to know that you are actually allowed to "eat" while losing weight.

4) Completely eliminate or at least drastically reduce the sugar - Sugar is one of the most over looked cause of weight gain. Don't be misled by the fact that it doesn't contain fat. Sugar can cause a huge spike in your insulin production which can shut down your fat burning capacity and keeps it low which will promote fat storage.

5) Supplements to add to your daily diet - Add Enzymes, a good Multi-vitamin, and Green Tea to your daily diet. Adding Enzymes to your diet can improve your digestion and make sure that you have maximum absorption of nutrients in your food.

Taking a good multivitamin will make sure you get all of the essential vitamins and minerals that help regulate and support the function of key organs such as liver, kidneys and heart.

Green Tea is a superior tea because it contains polyphenols which inhibits the growth of cancer cells. This tea also lowers cholesterol, gives you energy and helps suppress appetite. All without the usual side effects of other diet stimulants.

Weight Loss Program

Most weight loss programs include some insane long lasting exercises that burn your fat so that you can regain that fat later again. Others include insane weird diets where you must condition yourself to eat in a specific way, almost like a robot of this society.

Some of the programs include both of those, which in my opinion is a good idea, for as long as the program lasts, because once it finishes you gain that fat again. There are almost no programs that make you lose your fat and make it stay away. I said "almost" because there is at least one program that does all this.

Most of the programs focus on losing fat right at the moment, they almost forget that fat comes back again. They tend to focus ONLY on losing fat, forgetting how to prevent it from rebuilding. This sounds almost like you have to work forever to keep your fat away. Well, guess what, all you have to do is live your life almost like you always have.

All you have to change are a few little simple things that will change your life forever. If you live your life the exact way you always have you will get the same results you have always gotten. Would you better live with all the problems fat causes or take action and do something about it? Easy Weight Loss Using 2-Minute TV Commercials

I'm going to share with you an easy exercise tip that will boost your metabolism and accelerate your weight loss in the comfort of your home. But before I do that, I want to address a common complaint by most people when it comes to losing weight.

That complain is that they don't have enough time in the day to exercise. This is usually just an excuse for being lazy, however I'll make it easy for you. I want you to be lazy and watch tv for at least 1 hour each night.

Ok? Great. But, there's a catch.

During the commercials I want you to do this 1 simple exercise. It won't take more than 2 minutes of your time since most commercials don't last more than 2 minutes. The average 1-hour tv show has about 22 minutes of commercials during it. So if you use those 22 minutes effectively, you'll not only get to watch tv, but you'll get your workout in for the day.

Now to the exercise. The exercise is jumping on a mini-trampoline. It's also called a rebounder. You can get one from Wal-Mart for about $24. It'll be one of the best investments you'll ever make. It's handy, compact, and mobile. It doesn't take up much space at all when you're not using it.

So here's how this works.

Wherever you watch tv, simply put the mini-trampoline down in front of the tv or to the side. Once a commercial comes on, you simply jump on it until the tv program comes back on. Before I go further I must mention that you don't need to jump high on these things. All you need is a small 1-2 inch jump for this to work great.

Heck, you can even forget jumping and just move your heels up and down while leaving your toes still touching the mini-trampoline at all times. You do this by simply bouncing your heels left to right in rhythm.

Obviously you don't need to limit yourself to just doing this during tv commercials. You can use a mini-trampline whenever you want. There are 2 other ways I like to use it while I'm at home. Before and after I go to the bathroom, I like to jump on it for 1 minute. Another way I use it is while I'm cooking and doing laundry. There is a lot of "dead time" doing those 2 things. So I fill that dead time up with jumping on the mini-trampoline for a minute or two here and there.

There's no schedule which is what makes this so great. One to two minutes here and there throughout the day whenever you get the chance helps to solve that problem of getting to the gym. So there's no need to stress out about getting your workout in. Do it at home.

Just use the mini-trampline during tv commercials and whenever you get a free minute or two and you'll be well on your way to losing weight without clogging up your schedule with going to the gym.

Check the ingredients label to make sure that there are no more than 1.5 grams of total fat and no more than 8 grams of sugar. Also make sure the cereal has at least 5 grams or more of dietary fiber. There's no need to check the amount of carbohydrates in thecereal, since as we've seen in the section on carbs, counting carbs is bogus. It has nothing whatsoever to do with weight loss.
