Parasite Cleanse for Weight Loss

Why can't I lose weight? I have always been an extremely active person and eat healthy most of the time. I do lunges, lift weights, run, and watch my caloric and fat intake. I have even tried extreme measures such as the no-carb diet, the cabbage soup diet, and even a few liquid diets. Fortunately, and unfortunately, these extreme diets have proven to be only a temporary fix. What is wrong with me?

In the search for a permanent fix to lose weight, especially that stubborn belly fat, I began to read about parasites and plaque that live in our digestive organs. Believe it or not, these parasites can make us fat and unhealthy. Disgusting right? Disgusting but true! At first I was so grossed out by the thought of something nasty (i.e. WORMS!) living inside of my body that I didn't even want to continue reading. Luckily, curiosity got the best of me. (Like when you are watching a horror movie...you cover your eyes but then sneak a peek.) I reluctantly continued reading.

It seems that these critters are keeping our bodies fat so they will have a continuous food source. That's right, they like to munch on our fat! Our bodies are being programmed by them to store fat so they can stay alive and thrive. Not only are they causing us to be fat, but they are potentially taking years off of our lives. Parasites can affect the brain, intestines, liver, kidney, and skin. Unfortunately, many of us are blind to the fact that we may be infected with parasites. Parasites can be transferred from sinks, toilets, air, animal and feces, and even handshakes! The solution is to actually clean the parasites from your system.

Have I got your attention yet? Believe me, I was extremely skeptical as the whole parasite cleanse idea seemed far-fetched, but as the extra pounds started to shed, I changed my mind. I have lost 18 pounds (my belly is finally flat), my skin looks great (no episodes of psoriasis), and I have a lot more energy to keep up with my kids. I followed the cleansing plan of a female doctor who has dedicated her time and research into the most effective way to cleanse our bodies of these harmful parasites and plaque. If your tired of fad diets or have little or no success with other methods, do a little research on parasitic cleansing and you may be surprised!

How to Lose Weight Easily, Quickly and Effectively!

How to lose weight easily and quickly has become one of the most discussed topics in the world. In the United States alone, 58 million people are overweight, 40 million obese and 3 million morbidly obese. Weight lose is not something hard to accomplish - yet people think differently.

Our passive style of life and the lack of time are the two main causes. We do not walk to work - we take our car. Most of us work at the office - sitting down 8 hours of the day - then we are so tired mentally that a physical exercise is out of question - besides we need to spend some quality time with our family and/or friends. The food. The 15-30 minutes lunch break at work is certainly not enough time to eat properly. We don't only eat fast, which causes overeating; we also eat low quality food, mostly fast food and snacks, such as chips and chocolate bars.

So How To Lose Weight Easily?

You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.

You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

Losing weight and staying in shape is very important for our health. Did you know that:

-80% of type II diabetes related to obesity
-70% of cardiovascular disease related to obesity
-42% breast and colon cancer diagnosed among obese individuals
-30% of gall bladder surgery related to obesity
-26% of obese people having high blood pressure

The Ultimate Green Tea Weight Loss Idea

Unless you've been living under a rock, you have been exposed to dozens if not hundreds of diets claiming to be the one that will help you lose weight without much work on your part. And if you do any diet research online, I have no doubt you will be feeling pretty overwhelmed by the level of information that is available, not to mention the sheer volume of products and options you can select from to go about your desired weight loss. One of the most talked about and popular ways to lose weight these days is the use of a green tea extract supplement. Even Oprah has recently extolled the virtues of using tea for weight loss.

Although the tea has been around for thousands of years, there are many people who have not heard about it as a weight loss supplement. Sometimes called the Ultimate Green Tea Weight Loss diet, this article will examine some of the benefits and a few of the side-effects of using a green tea extract supplement for weight loss. The phrase "Ultimate Green Tea Weight Loss Diet" is not a brand of diet or supplements, but is a general, popular term to describe loss of weight using green tea.

Using green tea as part of a weight loss program relies upon daily doses of the tea extract which is known to affect weight loss by boosting your body's metabolism to raise your calorie and fat burning level. Studies have shown that taking green tea raises the average metabolic rate by 4%, which accounts for its weight loss capabilities. (You should be aware that some tea extract supplements contain ephedrine to increase metabolism rates even higher, however, recent studies have suggested that ephedrine can be very dangerous to your health and should be avoided. Some jurisdictions have restricted or even eliminated the sale of products containing ephedrine.)

The tea also has anti-oxidant properties that can be beneficial for human health beyond simply losing weight. For example, its' extracts have been linked to a reduction in the incidences of colon, bladder, esophageal, pancreatic, rectal and stomach cancer by up to 60%. It is said to help lower bad cholesterol (LDL) and increase good cholesterol, help to stop the development of blood clots which may lead to strokes and heart attacks; help reduce high blood pressure, lower blood sugar levels and prevents Type 2 diabetes.

Green tea extract also helps to protect the liver against toxins, promote oral health by destroying the bacteria that forms plaque, destroy free radicals, boost the immune system and help to maintain a healthy fluid balance which helps to relieve stress and fatigue.

While the merits of any weight loss program should be evaluated by the individual based upon his or her own goals, the so-called Ultimate Green Tea Weight Loss diet does seem to prove to be a safe easy and effective option in the battle of the bulge.

Easy Weight Loss Is There Really One Plan That Works For Everybody

People these days hop from one weight loss program to another without realizing how self-destroying this attitude can be! As a matter of fact, weight loss is all about finding a suitable plan for yourself and then working according to it, but too often, people make the mistake of searching for a "perfect plan" which would make them lose weight without either diet and exercise. Unfortunately, no weight loss program is perfect. In this article I will tell you about a weight loss program that I am sure will work for you as well as for everyone else!

One thing that people often forget to make is a food plan. Write what you'd be eating throughout the week, then shop accordingly. If you don't do this you are more likely to grab the junk foods when there is nothing nutritious at home. Plan your office lunch as well. Make sure you take only healthy foods for your office lunch and stay away from the 'forbidden foods' that are rich in fat and calorie and contribute to nothing other than fat!

Before choosing any weight loss program, you need to be 100% honest with yourself and ask yourself some questions. I'd ask you to write on a sheet of paper all about how much you eat daily and how often, whether you exercise or not, whether you eat junk foods and calorie-rich snacks, etc. Once you've answered these questions honestly, you will get a clearer picture of your eating habits as well as what you need to change in order to lose weight.

4 Steps To Easy Weight Loss

The seemingly daunting task of weight loss can actually be accomplished. Beginning anything new is often a challenge. We all have our comfort zones that we don't want to stray too far from, but once a new routine is established it becomes your new normal way of functioning. In fact when you stray from your weight loss routine, it will feel awkward and you'll be that much more dedicated to keeping up with it.

The steps to easy weight loss are as follows:

1) Write down realistic goals for yourself. Do you want to lose a size, or two? Maybe you'd be happy just being more toned for starters. Setting an obtainable goal and reaching it gives you the energy and encouragement to set the next goal and reach it.

2) Eat when you are hungry. Don't starve yourself. Putting your body into a mode where it feels that food is not available sends the message to store everything as fat. Eat something healthy when you feel that you need an energy boost. You need energy to burn fat. By staying away from things like chips and soft drinks you can quickly drop excess weight, by not consuming unnecessary calories from sugar, fat and artificial flavors that your body doesn't know how to process. What your body doesn't recognize gets stored as fat.

3) Create a weekly exercise routine. If you are just starting to get fit a short exercise period of 10 minutes every other day can give you rapid results. There are many workout DVDs out there, you are sure to find something that keeps your interest. Investing in a few different workouts gives you options and keeps you from getting bored.

4) Drink water. Pure water enables you to flush out toxic material that is currently stored in the fat cells. Staying hydrated ensures the free flow of toxins out of your system.

Information on Weight Loss, Exercise, and You

Feel like you are penned up? Human beings are built for only two basic things: reproduction and fighting. Well, now that we have the basics of biology out of the way, what in the world does that have to do with weight loss? Simple. We were supposed to be using our bodies to work hard, gather food, run like the wind, and then settle down for a rest before doing it all over again. In todays' world, we start being sedentary at the breakfast table, run to the car just to put the carseat in, migrate slowly to the office chair, and slump home and fall in bed whining about being exhausted.

Today, exercise must be sought out, unlike a mere generation ago when the average American man was a blue collar worker who put in long strenuous hours in a mill or on a farm.

Health experts today admit that the obesity crisis (and yes it is a crisis) in America is the result of several factors. Not only do we eat too much, but we eat "fast" prepared foods instead of cooking from scratch. Combine that with a lack of exercise and there you have it..one fat generation raising the next fatter generation. So how do we change things? Unfortunately, one or two laps around the school running track will not counteract the three donuts a day at work. Exercise, if increased on a daily basis, combined with no diet changes may help with fast weight loss. This, however, is not sustainable.

What has to happen to affect permanent change is a weight loss plan that evolves into a lifestyle plan. These are some recommendations for your plan to help you sustain an exercise program.

1. Get quality sleep.

Surprise! You didn't expect that to be first on the list! Make sure that you get adequate sleep, meaning go to bed at a reasonable hour and get up at a reasonable hour. Over sleeping and under sleeping disrupt natural biorhythms. Good sleep habits are conducive to exercise, experts point out. If you feel worn out during the day due to lack of sleep, you are less likely to get much physical activity during the day. In addition, there is evidence that people who are tired tend to eat more, using food as a substance for the rest they need.

2. Walk the walk.

This is probably the easiest exercise program of all. In fact, it may be all you ever have to do, according to some professional advice of some health experts. It is a great way to start if you are morbidly obese, but keep in mind to really lose weight you have to sweat! Just strolling down the sidewalk really won't help much. Gradually build up to at least 30 minutes of brisk walking five times a week. Brisk walks themselves have health and psychological benefits that are well worth the while.

3. Or...Walk the treadmill.

When the weather is bad, you might not feel like going outdoors. Great excuse not to exercise, right? But if you have a treadmill with a TV in front of it, you can catch up on your favorite shows while you are doing your daily good turn for your weight-maintenance plan. Most of us watch television anyway, and indoor exercise equipment enables anyone to turn a sedentary activity into a healthy activity.

4. Seize the time.

Excuses aside, lack of time is certainly a limiting factor in most lifestyles. That is why health experts suggest a basic guideline for incorporating exercise into your schedule. Get as much exercise as you can that feels good without letting it interfere with your work or family life. If you need to, remind yourself that you are preventing many health problems when you prevent weight gain; and keeping your health is a gift to your family as well as yourself.
