What is even more exciting is that you can eat almost anything and not gain weight! All you" have to do is make extremely minor changes, make them part of- your' lifestyle and presto! you cruise down the highway of fitness!
If you are into aerobic exercising you've already taken the first - healthgiving step. You can continue to eat dal-roti-chaaval-sabzi - just don't add oil, ghee, sugar to them. It is as simple as that! You may ask disbelievingly, "You mean I can eat rice and potatoes? Are you kidding? I've been told that they make me fat!" Yes, you eat rice and potatoes-just boil or steam them, don't fry, them.
Rice and potatoes are Nature's foods. They don't make you fat - the oil you cook them in adds those bulges to your body.
